Thank you so much for shopping at the Fish Monger’s Wife. Below you’ll find information regarding our West Michigan delivery policies.

Delivery FAQ

Do you deliver nationwide?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, we do not ship nationwide, as not to risk having our fish spoil. We do however provide fish delivery to the following areas of Michigan:

  • Muskegon, Norton Shores, Roosevelt Park, Muskegon Heights, North Muskegon: Friday 12-3pm
  • Fruitport, Spring Lake, Grand Haven, Ferrysburg: Fridays 12-5pm
How much does fresh fish delivery cost?

Our delivery flat-rate is $5 per shipment. Order over $75 receive free delivery.

Can you provide expedited delivery?

We can expedite fish delivery services for an additional fee based on availability. If you’d like expedited delivery please call us in advance.

How can I schedule fresh fish delivery?

You can schedule your delivery at checkout or by calling us at 231-755-1600.

What days and times do you deliver?

Our delivery dates and times are based on location.

  • Muskegon, Norton Shores, Roosevelt Park, Muskegon Heights, North Muskegon: Friday 12-3pm
  • Fruitport, Spring Lake, Grand Haven, Ferrysburg: Fridays 12-5pm
How is your fish packed?

For door to door delivery we ask you to provide your own cooler and ice/gel pack for a contactless delivery drop . We have coolers available for an additional charge.

What if there's a problem with my purchase?

We offer full refunds as long as the product hasn’t been eaten. If the issue is regarding delivery, we will call ahead to let you know if your order is running late.
