This week’s Lake to Bake Meal Kit is a tried and true favorite! Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Salmon. We first made this meal kit for Mother’s Day 2020 and it was a huge hit. This time around we are adding kale salad with a Sicilian lemon balsamic vinaigrette dressing and a garlic quinoa side dish. This is a 20 minute or less cook time meal.
